How souveraen.ai works with your knowledge.
You connect SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, file servers or Confluence, read-only and with the rights that already apply. The files stay where they are. souveraen.ai recognises customers, topics and products and links the matching documents to them. A new version replaces the old one.
Anyone who asks a question gets an answer with document, version and page. If sources contradict each other or are missing, the answer says so. Each person sees only what they are allowed to see.

Some knowledge is not written down anywhere: an exception, a new agreement, a correction. When someone adds to or corrects an answer, an authorised person can approve the clarification. It then goes into the company knowledge with its source and applies to everyone in the workspace.
The knowledge base grows with every approved clarification. Nobody has to decide in advance what belongs in it, and nothing is added without approval.
