Can souveraen.ai still give a wrong answer?

Yes, a language model can render a sentence inaccurately. That is why the source sits right next to the statement, so you can check it against the original.

How do I know which version is current?

Every source names the version of the document. If two versions contradict each other, this goes on the list of contradictions.

Can I trace later what an answer was based on?

Yes. The request, sources and answer are in the log.
