One platform.
Three ways
to run it.

You decide where your company knowledge is processed: on an appliance in your own building, sealed off with no connection to the outside, or in European data centres. Sources, the permissions you already have and the ability to read everything back apply equally in every model.

  • Where it runs is your choice
  • The same set of features
  • Sourced answers everywhere
An appliance, an isolated vault and a European cloud all lead to the same platform

Operating models

What the three models cost.

The difference is where it runs and how you are billed — not what your team can do with the platform.

Book a conversation
  1. 1

    Work out what you need

We talk through how many people will use it, which source systems you have, and where your documents may be processed.

  2. 2

    Choose the operating model

After that it is settled whether the platform runs on an appliance at your site, isolated, or in European data centres.

  3. 3

    Confirm the quote

Scope, setup, term and commercial terms stand in writing in the quote before anything is provisioned.

  4. 4

    Set it up

The first-start assistant walks you through the network, the directory, the first source and the model choice. A test run per source checks access, permission take-over and extraction.

  5. 5

    Work from sources

Your team asks questions and gets answers with the exact passage. Changes go through an approval and then sit there as a record.

The same set of features

The feature set is the same everywhere.

Sourced answers, agents with checkable steps, integrations with the stores you already run, tenant isolation and logging belong to every one of the three models. What differs is only the hardware and the place where processing happens.

  • Sources in every model
  • Existing permissions apply
  • No change without approval
An appliance, an isolated installation and a European cloud feed the same feature set

Feature set of every model

What every operating model
includes.

This overview holds unchanged for all three operating models. Where they differ is in the comparison above.

Agents with checkable stepsRecurring tasks are planned, reviewed and put forward for a decision.
Decision viewpointsProposals are systematically challenged; several viewpoints produce a reasoned basis for a decision.
Knowledge that learnsFeedback approved by a subject expert improves later answers, in a way you can follow and source.
Execution after approvalAgents carry out prepared tasks only after you have approved them.
