What delivery time did we agree with Müller, and does it also apply to partial deliveries?
The agreement with Müller is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order confirmation. Partial deliveries count as a separate delivery for each item.
The searched documents say nothing about express surcharges.

Introducing AI in your company.
First, create an account. The Free plan is permanently free for one user, with no credit card. Second, connect a source, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, a file server or Confluence. The connection is read-only and uses the rights that already apply. Third, ask your first question and check against your own documents whether the answers are right.
Non-sensitive documents are suitable for testing. As soon as real data comes in, you move to Pro and sign the data processing agreement. None of these steps needs a sales call.

IT asks about data protection and rights. Documents and the search index are stored in Germany, your content is never used for training, and every request checks what the person may see. In the administration area you set roles and workspaces and see usage.
The works council asks whether the software monitors employees. In works council mode, the usage report shows no individuals, no time spent and no ranking per person. Retrievals, approvals, actions and changes in the administration area are recorded in the log.

The more your team asks, the better the knowledge gets.
When someone adds to or corrects an answer, an authorised person can approve the clarification. It then goes into the company knowledge with its source and applies to everyone in the workspace. This way the knowledge grows with your team's work, and nobody has to maintain a knowledge base by hand.
