souveraen.ai is developed and operated by clouditiv GmbH in Auerbach im Vogtland, Germany. Documents, search index and accounts are stored in data centres in Germany, and every customer has their own tenant.
The models come from different vendors. Open models are hosted in Germany. Larger models from external providers run in their EU tenants with Zero Data Retention, so your inputs are not stored. Reranking and image generation may also be processed outside the EU. You decide which models your team uses.
