What administration covers

Everything IT and departments configure, in one place.

You need no project to control who works with what. Settings apply at once, for chat, agents and the API.

Users and roles
Invite colleagues and assign roles: platform admin, manager of a workspace or user.
Workspaces and sources
Each source belongs to the organisation, a workspace or a person, so every department sees only its knowledge.
Models and web search
You set the default model for everyone, within your plan, and decide whether web search is available.
Usage and consumption

On request, usage analysis shows no persons, no dwell time and no ranking per person.
Audit log
Retrievals, approvals, executed actions and administrative changes are recorded with person and time.
Access check on every request
Roles and workspaces are checked on every request. Withdraw a right and it takes effect at once.
Models within the plan
Only models your plan allows are available. Administrators set the default model.
Keys with limits
API keys have a scope, a rate limit and a monthly budget. You see usage per key.
Predictable cost
Consumption runs on AI credits from your plan. You always see how much has been used.
